Elementary School Admissions Event

All NYC families with children born in 2018, 2019, and 2020 are welcome to join NYC DOE Office of Student Enrollment for a virtual information session covering 3-K, pre-K, and kindergarten admissions. After the presentation, they will respond to your questions. 

During each online event, they will discuss:  

  • How to learn about schools and programs.  
  • How to navigate MySchools, the online school directory and application system. 
  • How to get ready now to apply later. 

The content of each event is the same, but different interpretation services will be provided for different events, as follows: 

  • December 8, 2022, 2pm to 3pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Chinese (Mandarin), French, Urdu
  • December 13, 2022, 2pm to 3pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Bangla, Korean, Spanish
  • January 12, 2023, 6pm to 7pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Arabic, Haitian Creole, Russian 
  • January 26, 2023, 6pm to 7pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Chinese (Mandarin), French, Urdu 
  • February 1, 2023, 2pm to 3pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Arabic, Haitian Creole, Russian 
  • February 15, 2023, 6pm to 7pm | Event held in English. Interpretation provided in: Bangla, Korean, Spanish
